Baby Milk Powder

BABY MILK POWDER is a dairy product created by evaporating milk until it is completely dry. One reason for drying milk is to conserve it; milk powder has a much longer life span than liquid milk and, because of its low moisture content, does not have to be refrigerated. Another aim is to reduce its mass to improve transportation efficiency. To make milk powder, fresh milk is evaporated until just the milk solids and moisture content remain. In a nutshell, milk powder is evaporated milk that has been condensed and processed further. Milk is pasteurised at regulated temperatures during the evaporation process to prevent bacterial development.
